History Pub Crawls
These monthly
walking or trolley tours allow Chicagoans and tourists alike the chance
to get a taste of Chicago in a unique way by visiting four or five
historic watering holes. Inside each location, you’ll have time for a
drink as your guide recounts the history of the establishment and its
surrounding neighborhood.
Participants receive drink specials at each location. Meals are not included.
Select Thursdays. Meeting location will be announced the week of the tour.

Oktoberfest! German Pubs of Chicago
Thursdays, September 9 and 16
Whether you prefer lagers, bocks, or kolsch, this tour will make you
say prost! This trolley tour explores the heart of German Chicago and
discusses German immigration and contributions to the city.

BOO-ze! Haunted History
Tuesday, October 26 and Thursday, October 28
Travel by trolley to some of Chicago’s most haunted drinking establishments. Glimpse the city’s paranormal past as you enjoy “spirits” on this spooktacular pub crawl.

Say I Do to a History Pub Crawl
Thursday, November 18
Do you promise to join us and wear your old wedding gown, tux, or
bridesmaid dress on this night, for laughs or for embarrassment? Be
part of this trolley tour of champagne bars where you’ll engage in
history, wedding traditions, and a whole lot of bubbly. Price includes
champagne tastings.
Cost:
$50, $45 Members
Refund Policy:
Refunds for a tour will be given in the form of tour credit which can
be applied to another tour. Credit will be given with a minimum of two
weeks notice prior to the day of the tour. No exceptions.
