The Wright Kind of History

Frank Lloyd Wright perfected his Prairie Style here in the Chicago area, but this famous craftsman was well known for his ego and tragic personal life. Join Al Walavich on a pilgrimage to view some of the spectacular buildings that played a direct role in all areas of Wright’s life.

Experience the excitement of life in 1893 Chicago on this unique tour based on Erik Larson’s best-selling book. Follow the trails of Daniel Burnham and learn about the
devilish doings of H. H. Holmes as you learn about the 1893 world’s fair.

History of Chicago TV

Saturday, November 20; 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Daniel Berger leads this tour of Chicago’s pioneering stations, including a tour of the WTTW studio. We’ll travel from downtown to the Northwest Side and hear about the talented people who made the history of Chicago television so rich.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for a tour will be given in the form of tour credit which can be applied to another tour. Credit will be given with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to the day of the tour. No exceptions.
