History Pub Crawls

Join us for a fun adventure in the city. These tours take groups to four taverns and provide a unique perspective on Chicago history and the bars you visit.

Tours last approximately three hours and visit four taverns with 30 minutes spent at each bar. Drinks and food are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the client. Due to the nature of the experience, tours must happen on Monday-Thursday afternoon/evenings or Saturday or Sunday afternoons (depending on sporting event schedules). Participants must be 21 or older. This tour only offered by trolley transportation. 4 weeks advance notice is required to book a tour.

Booze, Bars, and Bootlegging! Prohibition Era Chicago

Get a taste of the infamous speakeasies frequented by Chicago’s notorious gangsters. Learn how prohibition came to be and how it ultimately shaped the city and its image.

Join us as we pour into some of Chicago’s best dive bars.  We’ll learn about the history behind each drinking den we visit and discover the history behind moonshine, bathtub gin, and other historic homemade concoctions.

Feelin' Groovy! 1960s Chicago

Full of hippies, yippies, beatniks and bohemians, Chicago in the 1960s was a hub for the counter culture.  Join us on a groovy journey to saloons that embody the 1960s era vibe of peace, love and rock 'n' roll and allow us the opportunity to dig into some righteous history.

Boo-ze! Haunted Chicago

Full of death and destruction, doom and gloom, Chicago has been deemed one of the most haunted cities in the world. We’re exploring the Windy City’s haunted history and discussing the ghastly ghost stories associated with each of the 4 taverns we visit.  It’s a spooktacular and spirited experience you won’t want to miss.
